Responsibilities

We are representing a Stuttgart-based digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Project Lead to take full ownership of complex client initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex digitalization and transformation projects end-to-end—from planning and structuring through implementation and stabilization
• Take comprehensive responsibility for transformation initiatives across technical, cultural, and commercial dimensions
• Translate strategic visions into concrete, measurable outcomes while managing budget, quality, and impact
• Engage and align stakeholders up to C-level through clarity, conviction, and persuasive communication
• Steer interdisciplinary teams with structure and presence, maintaining direction even during uncertain phases
• Develop client relationships strategically and build sustainable, profitable follow-on business
• Work regularly on-site at client locations as projects require, building deep understanding of client business contexts and establishing trusted partnerships

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of experience leading complex digitalization, IT, or transformation projects—ideally within a consulting environment
• Holistic thinking that recognizes connections between culture, organization, processes, and technology, combined with solid understanding of software and digital products
• Strong analytical skills to structure complex situations and develop viable, tailored solutions
• Confident presence with ability to persuade at all organizational levels; fluent communication in both German and English, maintaining clarity even when facing resistance
• Balance of assertiveness and empathy to win people over to change; experience with agile methodologies or SAFe is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of driving complex digitalization projects to measurable results
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site as client projects demand
