Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential talent platform organization in Berlin seeking a Technical Product Manager to translate real operational challenges into scalable solutions. In this role, you will work hands-on with data, prototypes, automation, and product specifications, bridging business teams and engineering from initial problem discovery through to production deployment.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing operational processes across customer, candidate, and internal workflows, including system and data flows
  • Identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact product opportunities with clear baselines, targets, and decision paths
  • Conducting funnel analyses and product analytics to inform decision-making
  • Developing functional prototypes and testing them with real users across matching, self-service, campaign management, and operations
  • Translating validated concepts into concise product requirement documents, acceptance criteria, and measurable deliverables for engineering teams
  • Owning quality assurance and success measurement from problem identification through validated pilot deployment
  • Converting recurring manual processes into reusable workflows, automations, and technical components
  • Leveraging LLMs, AI workflows, low-code tools, and simple scripts in daily work
  • Building solutions that scale across new markets and acquired entities without requiring complete rebuilds

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

  • Several years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Operations, Solution Design, or comparable hands-on product roles
  • Strong capabilities in process analysis, product discovery, prototyping, writing concise PRDs, defining acceptance criteria, QA, and impact measurement
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, system logic, and architectural trade-offs
  • Data competency including product analytics, funnel analysis, and foundational SQL querying
  • Practical experience with LLMs, AI workflows, low-code platforms, and simple scripting for prototypes and automation
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation systems such as HubSpot or comparable platforms
  • Negotiation-level German (C1/C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where processes evolve rapidly and ownership is expected
