Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization with a strong focus on procurement, data, and finance transformation. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative based in the Philippines to support their growing pipeline and client engagement efforts.

This role requires availability for mid-shift and late-shift hours and is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders in procurement, finance, and transformation functions
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads while re-engaging dormant opportunities in the pipeline
• Conduct detailed research on target accounts, identifying hiring trends and transformation signals
• Support multiple sales channels and coordinate outreach strategies across teams
• Build, track, and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align on growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communication, or a related field
• Proven experience selling professional services within procurement, data, or finance domains
• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SDR, sales, or lead generation role
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot
• Strong communication skills with solid commercial awareness
• Interest in procurement, finance, or business transformation topics
• Proactive, curious, and resilient mindset with a structured approach to sales processes

Preferred:

• Background in consulting, professional services, or enterprise B2B environments

Pay
