Senior Associate G20 Compliance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Senior Associate to support their G20 regulatory compliance framework. This role offers exceptional exposure to enterprise-wide risk management and the opportunity to work on diverse projects supporting critical regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality execution and data-driven insights across trade reporting, event management, licence administration, and regulatory change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of G20 trade reporting obligations, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions
• Assist with event management activities including breach triage, remediation tracking, evidence management and closure preparation
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics tools to enable compliance oversight and reporting
• Support preparation of regulatory and governance reporting through data collation and validation
• Provide administrative support for Swap Dealer licence requirements
• Deliver operational and analytical support for regulatory change programs, compliance reviews and planning activities
• Partner with first-line teams to provide timely, practical compliance guidance and escalate issues appropriately
• Contribute ideas to improve compliance processes, controls and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Experience in compliance, risk, governance or regulatory reporting within financial services
• Demonstrated experience using Power BI, data visualisation tools and reporting technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex regulatory data
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels
