Senior People Partner – Brazil

About This Role

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior People Partner to join their growing team in Brazil. Our client operates in the B2B technology sector, and this role will play a critical strategic part in supporting business growth through people operations, talent acquisition, and HR business partnership.

This is a 100% remote B2B contract position requiring tax residency in Brazil and an active registered business entity. You'll work as a trusted advisor to managers, drive hiring initiatives, and use people data to inform impactful HR strategies across a global, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Support the full talent lifecycle from sourcing and selection through onboarding, development, and performance management
• Lead and contribute to hiring efforts including intake conversations, interview planning, and candidate debriefs
• Participate in interviews and hiring decisions to ensure effective, inclusive hiring practices
• Partner with people managers on team performance, communication, collaboration, and manager effectiveness
• Use people data and team insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and shape People programs
• Provide guidance on team member relations matters, coaching managers through performance conversations and development opportunities
• Ensure consistency and compliance with People policies and practices
• Document and track key team member relations cases and conversations
• Support internal employer branding efforts including company communications, online events, team meetups, and wellbeing initiatives
• Design and implement people programs and initiatives that impact supported teams

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or related generalist role in the IT industry
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing techniques
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
• Demonstrated experience with team member relations and performance management
• Proven track record working closely with people managers to support day-to-day needs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Interest and experience in how AI can support HR practices
• Fluency in English and Portuguese

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $4,000 - $4,500 USD monthly (B2B contract)
