We are representing a confidential digital marketing client in their search for a Sales Development Representative. This is a remote opportunity based in the USA with the flexibility to work from home or visit the office as you prefer.
Our client serves a specialized professional services market and has experienced rapid growth. They're looking for a driven sales professional who excels at connecting with prospects and creating opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new growth opportunities through targeted outbound engagement
- Set qualified calendar appointments for Account Executives
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant during initial client interactions
- Conduct cold calling to reach new prospects
- Consistently meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs and activity targets
- Maintain accurate records and attention to detail in all prospect interactions
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
- Willingness and enthusiasm for cold calling new prospects

Compensation & Benefits
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $65,000 base salary annually plus commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000.
