Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their remote clinical team. This is a fee-for-service W2 position designed for licensed PMHNPs who want schedule flexibility while providing high-quality mental health care to clients across Georgia via telemedicine.

Candidates must be licensed and currently residing in Georgia, as all sessions will be conducted with Georgia-based clients. This role focuses on treating a diverse population experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related mental health conditions, primarily serving adults and adolescents (ages 14+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms based on clinical judgment and best practices
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients
• Complete required documentation, paperwork, and assessment tools within the electronic medical record system
• Treat clients with a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD
• Participate in clinical practice guidelines and ongoing professional development
• Consult with clinical leadership on client care and treatment approaches
• Complete required in-house training and certification on treatment protocols

What We're Looking For

• Active Georgia Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license with board certification
• Master's degree in Nursing with current prescriptive authority in Georgia
• Must be currently living in Georgia
• Minimum one year of psychiatry practice experience required; three years preferred
• Willingness to treat clients ages 14 and older
• Comfort with telemedicine delivery of psychiatric services
• Experience with electronic medical records (familiarity with AdvancedMD is a plus)
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment approaches and clinical best practices
• Ability to work 15-20 clinical hours per week on a flexible schedule

Pay

This is a fee-for-service W2 position. Based on 15-20 clinical hours per week, the annual compensation range is $65,000–$93,000. The client offers guaranteed bi-weekly pay (no waiting on reimbursement), paid orientation, annual pay increases, bonus opportunities, fully remote work, remote medical assistant support, paid credentialing, paid malpractice coverage, no-show protection, and no required on-call.
