Project Manager – Programs

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential defense technology organization based in Paris. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling operation working on critical air defense systems for NATO-aligned institutions. You'll coordinate complex customer programs from planning through deployment, working at the intersection of engineering, product development, and field operations.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager – Programs, you will:

• Coordinate customer programs and track key milestones, deliverables, and project risks across multiple workstreams
• Ensure smooth execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
• Maintain detailed project plans and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and customers
• Coordinate technical and commercial partners involved in program delivery
• Support customer relationships throughout deployments and live demonstrations
• Collect customer feedback and translate operational needs into product improvements
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering teams
• Support preparation of product demonstrations, presentations, and customer-facing materials
• Coordinate field trials, demonstrations, and operational deployments across Europe
• Work with technical teams to prepare testing scenarios and ensure operational readiness
• Capture lessons learned from field activities to improve future programs

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, product management, consulting, or similar roles (internships and entrepreneurial experience valued)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Curious, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn
• Strong interest in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technologies
• Professional fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and NATO countries for customer meetings, demonstrations, and field deployments
