Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential industrial SaaS client in Stuttgart. This working student role sits at the heart of growth: identifying the right prospects, crafting the right message, and learning what drives results.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Researching target customers in manufacturing and maintenance sectors, qualifying leads, and maintaining clean records in HubSpot
- Handling initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone after onboarding
- Preparing client meetings and product demos, plus managing follow-up communication
- Owning discrete projects end-to-end, such as building out targeted prospect lists
What We're Looking For
You are currently enrolled as a student. Your field of study is secondary, though a background in business or engineering (such as industrial engineering) will help you ramp faster.
- Genuine interest in sales, software, and industrial digitalization
- Structured working style, comfortable reaching out to people, and a customer-first mindset
- Native-level German and solid English proficiency
- Prior exposure to production or maintenance environments is a plus but not required
