Senior Digital Media Planner (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Senior Digital Media Planner to take strategic and operational responsibility for digital campaigns and budgets. In this role, you will:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns from inception to completion, working holistically across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and e-commerce channels in collaboration with channel specialists
• Monitor market and media developments and derive recommendations for placements, formats, and targeting strategies
• Manage stakeholder relationships across consulting, publishers, channel experts, and campaign management teams
• Evaluate proposals and partnerships by requesting and assessing offers, cooperations, and special advertising formats
• Oversee budget management by working closely with the investment team to secure optimal conditions and managing the complete digital budget through detailed annual forecasts
• Develop strategic initiatives for existing and new clients through pitches and annual strategies with innovative concepts and ideas

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in planning or consulting for digital media campaigns
• Technical expertise: Strong familiarity with common planning tools, media terminology, and online KPIs
• Analytical skills: Excellent Excel proficiency combined with strong analytical thinking and a high standard for quality
• Work style: Highly structured, resilient, and independent with clear communication skills and team spirit
• Language: Excellent German language skills in both written and verbal communication
