Enablement Lead, Programs

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client seeking an Enablement Lead, Programs in Paris. This is a rare opportunity to architect go-to-market enablement from the ground up at a frontier AI organization working with enterprise clients across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector.

You will design the seller experiences, curriculum frameworks, and certification programs that define how a category-leading AI company scales its commercial motion. This role offers direct visibility to Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership, with your work reaching every commercial seller across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the GTM enablement blueprint for Account Executives and technical sales roles, including curriculum architecture, certification frameworks, and scalable field programs
• Drive the operational engine: establish bi-weekly field cadence with Product and Marketing, own sales kickoff events, and build repeatable enablement frameworks
• Set quality standards through competency-based assessments that prove mastery, not just participation
• Serve as the field voice with clear, credible communications ensuring enablement initiatives land with impact
• Build global standards and programs designed for reuse across regions as the organization scales
• Turn ambiguous technical expertise into structured, repeatable programs that compound learning over time

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years in enablement, revenue programs, pre-sales, or sales operations
• Proven track record designing scalable enablement systems from scratch, not just executing existing programs
• Deep GTM fluency with enterprise sales motions, CRM systems, and sales stage frameworks
• Architectural thinking: ability to structure repeatable programs from complex, technical subject matter
• Operational excellence managing interdependent workstreams across multiple stakeholders
• Clear communicator with authority to influence field audiences through writing and presentations
• Experience in AI/ML or complex B2B technology environments strongly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris
