We are representing a leading independent advisory firm in Paris that specializes in financial and operational consulting across transactions, restructuring, and corporate transformation. Our talent team is currently seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join their rapidly growing practice serving corporate executives, investors, and financial stakeholders across Europe.

This senior-level role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes strategic and operational challenges across diverse industries, combining analytical rigor with hands-on implementation support. The practice operates with agile sprint methodologies, enabling accelerated learning through frequent team rotations and short work cycles.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams and serve as the primary point of contact for client workshops and steering committees. Your responsibilities will span three core practice areas:

Deal Strategy & Execution:

• Support pre-deal preparation including equity story development and strategic, commercial, operational and ESG due diligence
• Evaluate synergies and develop carve-out plans for complex transactions
• Design post-merger integration roadmaps and Day 1 readiness strategies
• Implement synergy capture programs and performance management frameworks

Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation:

• Build strategic plans including transformation roadmaps, value creation initiatives, and strategic repositioning
• Design commercial excellence programs covering sales performance, customer relationship optimization, and revenue growth
• Develop new business models, marketing strategies, and innovation frameworks
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions
• Architect digital and technology transformation programs

Turnaround & Operational Restructuring:

• Construct and execute turnaround plans in underperforming or distressed situations
• Rationalize industrial footprints, distribution networks, and organizational structures
• Optimize working capital requirements and establish dedicated crisis management offices
• Lead recovery efforts for underperforming subsidiaries or business units

You will be responsible for advancing analyses, preparing deliverables, and mentoring junior team members on your engagements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier business school or engineering program
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience post-graduation
• Fluent English for client-facing work; additional languages are advantageous

Relevant Experience (one or more):

• Strategy consulting or in-house strategy team experience
• Consulting experience with strong operational competencies in supply chain, procurement, industrial controlling, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial excellence, combined with financial impact analysis skills
• Operational experience in a company recognized for excellence in operational and/or financial domains
