About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential advisory firm in Paris that specializes in financial transformation and working capital optimization. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Working Capital Consultant to join a high-growth practice focused on cash performance and operational excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to work with investment funds, corporate clients, and family offices on strategic cash optimization initiatives, combining advanced data analytics, process transformation, and digital innovation to deliver measurable financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Exploit complex databases from ERP, CRM, and financial systems to identify cash generation opportunities and working capital improvement levers
• Build quantitative analyses with high impact for executive and finance leadership teams
• Map and diagnose Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory-to-Cash processes to identify operational bottlenecks and root causes of underperformance
• Quantify financial impacts associated with transformation recommendations
• Develop data models and dashboards using Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, and other analytical tools
• Deploy automation solutions and leverage AI pragmatically through prompt engineering and intelligent agents to create predictive cash performance models
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations leadership
• Contribute to executive deliverables for C-suite and Board audiences
• Support implementation of action plans and change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Graduate degree from a top business school or engineering program
• At least 3 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in consulting, audit, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to working capital management
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with agility, curiosity, and collaborative spirit
• Fluency in both English and French for communication with senior executives and stakeholders
• Solid accounting foundation with familiarity in cash and working capital accounts (receivables, payables, inventory)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ThinkCell, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, and AI tools
• Eagerness to learn, digital fluency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
