We are representing a confidential client in the personal development space seeking a hands-on Growth Hacker fluent in French to join their team in Paris. This role is perfect for someone who builds, ships, and iterates—not just strategizes.

Our client combines behavioral science, technology, and AI to create transformative learning experiences. They're looking for a builder who can ideate, execute, and optimize growth experiments independently, leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing velocity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship CRO experiments: Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests on headlines, pricing, offers, and conversion flows. You own the process from hypothesis to result.
• Create funnels and assets: Build landing pages in Webflow, set up automations, configure tracking, and ensure conversion mechanics work before scaling.
• Hunt friction points: Proactively audit user journeys, identify drop-offs, propose fixes, and ship tests immediately with the team.
• Leverage AI for acceleration: Build prompt pipelines, create lightweight automations (Make/n8n), generate and iterate creatives with AI tools to multiply your output.
• Data analysis: Work daily in GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, and Clarity to extract insights, kill vanity metrics, and compound learnings over time.
• Optimize growth loops: Test acquisition angles, contribute to retention and referral mechanics, and bring data-backed briefs to content teams.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally around SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products
• Portfolio of shipped work: tests, landing pages, automations, audiences—results matter more than credentials
• Daily use of AI tools to create leverage and solve complex problems

Technical Skills:

• Experience with GA4, Webflow, Figma, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Amplitude, and experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
• Comfortable with automation tools (Make, n8n) and AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, prompt engineering)
• Able to read cohort charts, distinguish vanity metrics from meaningful data, and make evidence-based decisions

Personality:

• Hands-on executor who builds rather than just briefs
• Bias toward shipping scrappy V1s over waiting for perfection
• Curious investigator who digs into user behavior until finding the insight
• Agile and fast-moving—you turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks

Language Requirements:

• French: Native or bilingual fluency required
• English: Fluent for technical conversations with international colleagues

Key Performance Indicators:

• LTV/CAC ratio improvement
• Funnel conversion rates by stage
• Number of experiments launched per week
• Conversion rate lifts (2× baseline or better)
