Senior Solutions Engineer

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in France. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is conducting the search for this critical customer-facing technical role within a high-growth software organization.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales teams in demonstrating platform value and technical capabilities to prospective customers
• Understand and establish customer requirements while building trusted relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle
• Lead and support proof-of-concept evaluations from initial scoping through production readiness
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across your assigned account portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functionally with support, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs
• Create technical documentation for DevOps workflows, implementations, and services engagements
• Confidently lead technical discussions with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer and/or sales engineer in SaaS, open source, or enterprise software environments
• Candidates with strong post-sales or technical support backgrounds who demonstrate aptitude for technical sales will also be considered
• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models
• Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
• Experience working with technologies such as NGINX, Docker, HTTP, AWS, Postgres, and Cassandra
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth culture
• Fluency working on Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, DCOS/Mesos, or Docker Swarm is advantageous
