Consultant Senior – Chef de projet Déploiement Paiements H/F

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Senior Consultant to lead payment deployment projects. In this role, you will support major transformation initiatives from strategy definition through operational rollout.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead deployment strategy and ensure adherence to client methodologies and Go/No-Go decision frameworks
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business units, transformation offices, and IT functions
• Define and deploy change management strategies tailored to organizational culture and objectives
• Design and implement communication plans, training programs, engagement initiatives, and management support mechanisms
• Support the rollout of new operating models, processes, digital tools, and ways of working
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance points, and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to governance of complex transformation programs, including international environments
• For senior profiles: coordinate consultant teams, ensure deliverable quality, and mentor junior team members
• Participate in practice development through proposals, publications, training, and internal initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with substantial experience in project management and change leadership, gained either in consulting or within transformation departments. The ideal profile demonstrates:

• Mastery of change management fundamentals: diagnostics, impact analysis, stakeholder mobilization, communication, training, and adoption measurement
• Experience with large-scale transformation projects in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, organizational structures, and transformation challenges
• Ability to structure approaches, produce quality deliverables, and translate complex issues into actionable recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both operational teams and executive leadership
• Autonomy, rigor, collaborative mindset, and strong client orientation
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, with ease in multicultural and international contexts

Additional Assets:

• Change management certification such as Prosci (appreciated but not required)
• Knowledge of the payments sector is a plus
• Experience with digital transformations, large-scale technology deployments, or operating model evolution
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean approaches, or engagement and adoption measurement tools
