About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join their performance marketing team. Our client needs a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who thrives on flawless execution and takes ownership of critical marketing systems.
This role offers genuine cross-functional exposure—you'll split your time between marketing operations (HubSpot automation, email logistics, tracking setup) and paid acquisition (ad creation, agency coordination, campaign optimization). If you're eager to build campaigns, analyze data, and help power a marketing engine, our talent team wants to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot Automation: Set up, test, and maintain workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign tracking
- Email Logistics: Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot, handling technical setup and QA
- AI Project Coordination: Support inbound and outbound AI functions across various platforms
- Tracking Setup: Ensure tracking pixels, UTMs, and campaigns are correctly configured so data flows into Salesforce
- Basic Reporting: Pull campaign data and maintain reports in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Ad Copywriting & Asset Coordination: Write punchy ad copy for paid social/search and collaborate with design teams
- Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external ad agencies to launch campaigns on schedule
- Ad Optimization: Monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager daily for quick-win improvements
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage timelines, workflows, and launch schedules from kickoff to execution
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Content, Design, Sales, and external partners to align messaging and gather assets
- Dashboards & Performance Insights: Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing, operations, or paid ads (agency background is a huge plus)
- Self-Starter Mindset: You research, troubleshoot, and solve problems before escalating—natural curiosity is in your DNA
- Tool Exposure: Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar automation platforms) and Salesforce is highly desired; proven ability to learn complex software quickly is a must
- Detail-Oriented: You triple-check links, spelling, and workflow logic before launching anything
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; you collaborate smoothly with design, agency partners, and internal stakeholders
