We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join their patient support team. This remote position is based in the Philippines and involves managing patient communications across phone, voicemail, and email channels. Our client values empathy, clear communication, and attention to detail in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients and address their inquiries professionally
• Return calls to patients who have left voicemail messages
• Respond to patient requests submitted via email
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support patient services

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Empathetic approach to patient interactions
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Must reside in Metro Manila with reliable power and internet connectivity
• Must provide own computer, work-from-home setup, and headset

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sydney Time OR 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney Time, depending on business requirements. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
