AI-Savvy Executive & Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client operating across multiple business ventures. They need an AI-savvy operations professional who can serve as a trusted right hand to senior leadership—someone who transforms ideas into execution, thinks independently, and leverages technology to solve problems efficiently.

This is not a traditional assistant role. You'll work across different initiatives, supporting strategic projects with minimal direction. The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to research, optimize workflows, and execute work more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and operational support across multiple business projects
• Transform broad objectives into clear action plans and next steps
• Use AI tools extensively for research, problem-solving, planning, documentation, and workflow optimization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines
• Support new business initiatives, digital projects, email campaigns, and special research assignments
• Coordinate administrative, operational, and financial tasks as needed
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or improve existing processes
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
• Proactively anticipate problems and recommend solutions
• Take full ownership of assignments from research through execution and follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Executive Assistance, Operations, Project Coordination, or Founder Support roles
• Direct experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, or senior executive strongly preferred
• Strong practical proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to use AI for problem-solving, workflow improvement, research, and productivity enhancement
• Excellent problem-solving and independent research abilities
• Strong initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to receive ambiguous objectives and independently determine appropriate next steps
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Strong technological aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through
• Comfortable questioning assumptions and recommending better approaches
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,200 - $1,400 per month

Benefits include: 10 days paid time off per month, 3 sick days, and 6 US Federal Holidays
