Wir rekrutieren im Auftrag einer gemeinnützigen Organisation im Raum Köln, die in den Bereichen Sozialwesen und Personaldienstleistungen tätig ist. Unser Mandant sucht eine engagierte Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Recruiting-Teams.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Onboarding
- Sichtung und Vorauswahl eingehender Bewerbungen
- Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen und Betreuung während des Auswahlprozesses
- Koordination und Begleitung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Hospitationen
- Pflege und Verwaltung des Bewerbermanagementsystems
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
- Unterstützung bei der aktiven Kandidat*innensuche und Direktansprache
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse
What we're looking for
- Laufendes Studium, mindestens im 4. Semester, z. B. Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting (Pflichtvoraussetzung)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Interesse daran, Verantwortung im Recruiting zu übernehmen und eigenständig zu arbeiten
