Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate development organization in Berlin. Our client is seeking a Senior Project Developer to manage the full lifecycle of commercial and residential projects from initial site assessment through approval planning. This role offers the chance to shape urban spaces while working with city stakeholders, architects, and planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development cycles and coordinate external service providers including architects and specialist planners through approval planning stages
• Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies, area planning, and cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
• Negotiate with authorities, agencies, urban planners, and community stakeholders
• Support urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
• Supervise zoning plan (B-plan) procedures and manage urban development contract negotiations
• Oversee neighborhood agreements and handle internal and external reporting

What We're Looking For

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, property management, urban planning, or comparable qualification in housing or property management
• Several years of professional experience developing commercial and residential construction projects and building land
• Proven experience leading project teams
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated assertiveness and negotiation capabilities
• Legal knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for stakeholder engagement and regulatory processes
