Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking apprentices for a Fachinformatiker (IT Specialist) training program with a focus on System Integration, starting in 2027. This is a structured apprenticeship (Ausbildung) based in Leipzig.

During your training, you will:

• Focus on system integration within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Gain exposure to software systems used in production processes, warehouse management, and secure data processing
• Support the maintenance, optimization, and development of IT infrastructure
• Help develop efficient digital workflows and solutions
• Install, configure, and administer IT systems and networks, including server infrastructure, data center equipment, PCs, and mobile devices
• Work with established mentors and training coordinators who provide regular guidance and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Mittlerer Schulabschluss (secondary school certificate) or Hochschul-/Fachhochschulreife (university entrance qualification)
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and IT, including computers and software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Precise and reliable work ethic
• Enjoyment of logical thinking, problem-solving, and taking initiative
