Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative production agency seeking a Head of Production to lead their content operations in Berlin. In this role, you will:
- Develop and optimize production workflows, quality standards, and operational frameworks for social and connected TV content
- Lead and mentor the production team, providing strategic direction and fostering professional growth
- Personally execute select productions end-to-end, balancing creative vision with budget and timeline requirements
- Design and implement AI-enabled production systems in collaboration with internal technical teams, determining optimal use cases
- Manage fixed-price production budgets, protect margins, and allocate resources for maximum impact
- Build and manage a network of external production partners, negotiating terms and ensuring quality alignment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience producing social media and connected TV content from concept through final delivery
- Track record leading and developing production teams with clear feedback structures and quality frameworks
- Deep understanding of production process optimization and experience with AI-enabled workflows in production and post-production
- Strategic perspective on when to apply AI tools, hybrid approaches, or traditional human-driven methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Based in Berlin with native-level German and professional fluency in English
