Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing digital marketplace client based in Stuttgart who is building out their performance marketing capabilities. This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Google advertising campaigns. While strategy and technical frameworks are defined by senior team members, you'll ensure flawless campaign implementation, ongoing maintenance, and accurate performance tracking.

This Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives on structure, accuracy, and data-driven workflows. You'll work in a hybrid environment that balances remote flexibility with collaborative office time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to established specifications and budgets
• Perform daily monitoring of campaign performance and budget pacing across multiple accounts to ensure smooth, error-free operation
• Extract and organize campaign performance data into clear Excel reports and dashboards for management review
• Support day-to-day marketing operations including coordination of creative assets (images, ad copy) and routine account maintenance tasks
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all campaign changes before they go live

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent commercial qualification
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing (internships, working student positions, or early career roles)
• Familiarity with Google Ads or analytics platforms is a strong advantage but not mandatory—willingness to learn quickly is more important
• Exceptionally reliable and detail-oriented work style; you double-check your work before publishing
• Strong affinity for data and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets for managing lists and tables
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
