About This Opportunity
We are representing a premium food innovation company in Hamburg that is looking for a Working Student Brand Ambassador to bring their products directly to consumers. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and creating memorable brand experiences in the field.
You'll be the face of our client's brand at supermarkets, festivals, trade fairs, and across Hamburg on a dedicated sampling bike. This role combines event coordination, customer engagement, and field marketing—ideal for a self-motivated student who thrives in dynamic, physical environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate product tastings independently with supermarkets, festivals, and trade fair venues
- Execute tastings end-to-end: set up displays, engage customers in conversation, break down equipment, and ensure all materials are clean and organized
- Take a branded sampling bike to high-traffic locations throughout Hamburg to create spontaneous customer interactions
- Collect and document customer feedback from tastings to help the marketing team understand consumer preferences
- Represent the brand professionally and authentically at all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university (any field of study)
- German language proficiency at C1 level or above
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Confident approaching strangers and starting conversations naturally
- Self-starter who can plan, coordinate, and execute independently without detailed supervision
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Comfortable with physical work: carrying equipment, standing for extended periods, and cycling around the city
- Available to work occasional weekends when events require it
- Previous experience as a promoter or in event sampling is a plus but not required
- Genuine interest in food innovation and sustainable products
