(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in München seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead content creation and community engagement across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and create compelling content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Build and execute content strategies with structured editorial planning and scheduling
• Manage online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization strategies, and propose innovative content formats
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication
• Plan, deploy, and analyze multichannel campaigns using specialized tools

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in an agency or project environment
• Strong proficiency across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated skills in content production across text, image, and video formats
• Experience with multichannel planning, deployment, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Ability to work primarily on-site in München with occasional remote flexibility
