Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in München that is digitizing its sales and marketing processes. In this internship, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable sales opportunities.

Your daily work includes:

• Supporting social selling activities by identifying and reaching out to potential contacts within defined lead segments
• Building and maintaining marketing and sales databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Contributing to projects focused on social selling, automation, and CRM implementation
• Assisting with the rollout of a new CRM system and supporting the digitalization of sales workflows
• Conducting data analyses and creating reports that inform strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated student currently enrolled in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program. This role is ideal for someone who sees data as more than spreadsheets and is eager to gain hands-on experience that complements academic learning.

Required qualifications:

• Active enrollment in a relevant degree program
• Interest in marketing, sales, or data management and digital tools
• Structured, self-driven work style with strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Good command of Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with prospective customers
• Fluent German language skills

Preferred experience:

• Previous exposure to CRM systems is a plus
