Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and relationship building
- Create an inspiring and welcoming store atmosphere for customers
- Provide expert product consultation and personalized recommendations
- Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Handle peak periods with professionalism and composure
- Represent the brand authentically and embody company values in all customer interactions
- Support day-to-day store operations across flexible shift patterns
- Participate in product training and sales coaching sessions
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor or similar roles); background in beauty, cosmetics, tech, or wellness is a plus
- Availability for flexible shifts Monday–Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00
- Strong sales mindset with ambition to exceed targets consistently
- Natural ability to engage customers and create memorable experiences
- Composure and efficiency during high-traffic periods
- Genuine interest in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle innovation
- Excellent German language skills and good English for daily customer contact
- Charismatic personality with authentic enthusiasm for customer service
