Werkstudent im Marketing / Food FMCG & B2B (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking a working student for their marketing team. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of independent projects in brand management, marketing, and product management
• Support the strengthening of multiple consumer and B2B brands and help develop brand and corporate communications
• Actively contribute to advertising campaigns across product categories including condiments, sauces, vinegars, oils, and spices
• Assist product management across the entire portfolio, from concept through successful market launch

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a talented marketing student who brings:

• Current enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration with marketing focus, Communications, or a comparable program—preferably in the second half of your Bachelor's degree or already in your Master's
• Availability of 16–20 hours per week
• Fluency in both German and English
• Passion for food products and genuine interest in accompanying them from idea to successful market positioning
• Strong empathy and ability to understand consumer needs; communicative with people yet focused in work execution
• Enthusiasm for emotional brands, impactful advertising campaigns, and creative communication, with eagerness to channel this into your own projects
• Talent for compelling copywriting and a strong aesthetic eye
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different topics and processes; independent and conscientious work style on both routine tasks and complex projects
• Curiosity combined with perfectionism in execution; proactive communication when clarification is needed

Pay
