Working Student, Website & Organic (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential software client in Karlsruhe seeking a Working Student for Website & Organic Marketing. This hybrid or remote position offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, user experience optimization, and automation workflows within a professional environment.

Location: Karlsruhe, Germany (hybrid or remote options available)

Hours: Maximum 20 hours per week during semester

Requirement: Must be currently enrolled at a university and hold valid work/residence permit for Germany

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research in collaboration with marketing teams to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements
• Work with internal and external teams to create and optimize user journeys with measurable business impact
• Utilize the Content Management System to create new pages and update existing content based on team briefs and research findings
• Launch site campaigns and support digital projects for multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with different marketing teams to implement digital marketing initiatives with focus on SEO/GEO, community, and product marketing
• Develop agentic and standard automations to support website and organic teams in scaling processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field with valid proof of enrollment
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data beyond surface level and draw independent, data-driven conclusions
• Proactive and action-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit to identify problems and implement solutions
• Digital native comfortable with learning and using multiple tools to solve problems in a scalable manner
• Excellent command of English for articulating complex ideas and producing high-quality written briefings
• Previous experience building digital products, using no-code tools, or using agentic workflows is a strong advantage
• Experience in SaaS, digital-first, or e-commerce environments is preferred
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Clarity is an advantage
• Familiarity with SEO or GEO principles is an advantage
