About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential events organization with a growing presence across Europe. They are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to lead market development activities focused on Denmark, working remotely from Berlin or another European location.

This is a part-time role (approximately 10–15 hours per week) ideal for someone who wants ownership over market strategy, brand building, and community engagement in the Danish market while collaborating with an established international marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities tailored to the Danish market across multiple channels including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing
• Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency while adapting strategies for local relevance
• Develop and pitch creative campaign ideas that resonate with Danish audiences
• Identify and cultivate partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities within Denmark
• Serve as a brand ambassador and help strengthen the Danish community around our client's events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform strategy
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and vendors to execute campaigns
• Support on-site marketing activities and events when required
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization

What We're Looking For

• Previous marketing experience in areas such as social media management, influencer marketing, public relations, or general marketing roles
• Native-level Danish language skills (essential for this market-focused role)
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with international team members
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage projects autonomously
• Creative mindset with the confidence to propose unconventional ideas
• Motivation to take ownership and directly influence brand growth in a new market
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team meetings
