About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Quality Manager to oversee and enhance quality practices within our logistics operations at Blagnac - Wings Campus. You'll lead initiatives to maintain rigorous quality standards, implement continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and make a measurable impact on our supply chain performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections of logistics processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify quality discrepancies and develop corrective and preventive actions
• Create and manage quality documentation, metrics, and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns
• Deliver training and coaching on quality procedures and industry best practices
• Review supply chain data to uncover improvement opportunities and optimise processes
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies and process enhancements

• Established background in quality management, supply chain, or logistics environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, certifications, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving approach
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency with quality management systems and relevant software tools
• Meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to process improvement
• Fluent communication skills in English and French
