About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential DevSecOps platform organization seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect based in Singapore. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role where you will serve as the strategic technical advisor to enterprise and government accounts across the region.
In this position, you'll guide complex organizations through platform adoption, DevSecOps transformation, and technical maturity—working directly with C-level and VP stakeholders to align technology strategy with measurable business outcomes. You'll own the post-sales technical relationship for flagship accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, and directly influence renewal and expansion decisions through executive engagement.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning a portfolio of enterprise and government customers, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction through strategic technical engagement
- Serving as the senior post-sales technical advisor for complex, high-value accounts—shaping multi-year platform and DevSecOps strategy in partnership with customer executives
- Translating business outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans with clearly defined goals, quantifiable benefits, adoption milestones, and remediation actions
- Preparing executive-ready reporting that demonstrates impact on adoption, retention, and expansion
- Providing deep technical guidance on enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture, DevSecOps maturity models, and platform consolidation strategy
- Leading end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations—driving root cause analysis, coordinating engineering/product/support teams, and managing executive communication
- Designing and delivering technical enablement programs at scale to close systemic maturity gaps across your portfolio
- Advising on cloud and platform architecture decisions including multi-region deployment, secrets management, and network/security topology for regulated environments
- Guiding customers on Git workflows, branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline design, DevSecOps adoption patterns, and security scanning configuration
- Collaborating with professional services, sales, and internal teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure a seamless customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Singapore Citizen and based in Singapore
- Mandatory English and Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency
- Hands-on experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, including pipeline as code, multi-stage design, artifact management, and troubleshooting in production environments
- A career built across direct customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Solution Sales, Pre-sales, Consulting, or Professional Services—with experience across multiple industry verticals including government, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications
- Experience guiding customers through major technology transitions: on-premise to cloud, monolith to microservices, Waterfall to DevOps to DevSecOps
- A demonstrated track record as the escalation point when enterprise or government accounts are in crisis—someone who is called when commercial, technical, and reputational stakes are highest
- Credible judgment earned through personally owning outcomes of dozens of complex enterprise engagements with real consequences
- A consistent track record of being trusted by customer executives and internal leadership to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
- Deep, hands-on expertise in DevSecOps practices including shift-left security, SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning integration
- Expert-level understanding of Git, merge request workflows, branching strategies (trunk-based development, GitFlow), and modern software delivery lifecycles
- Experience with infrastructure as code, GitOps, cloud and on-premises environments, networking, IAM, secrets management, and deployment considerations for regulated environments
- Proven ability to turn business requirements into actionable success plans with measurable goals suitable for executive-level quarterly reporting
- Ability to build and defend executive-level business cases (TCO, compliance, risk) that influence budget and platform strategy decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills to balance multiple enterprise and government accounts, guide escalations, and coordinate across internal cross-functional teams
