Customer Support Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential web platform company seeking Customer Support Associates to join their remote operations team. This is a frontline role where you'll work directly with customers every day, resolving account issues and delivering exceptional service experiences through live chat and email channels.

This position requires attendance at mandatory virtual training from September 28th through October 9th. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah.

You must have a dedicated home office with reliable, stable Wi-Fi. International work arrangements and digital nomad situations are not supported.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner—live chat is the primary channel, representing approximately 90% of daily work
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through account, billing, domain, and transactional inquiries
• Independently meet targets across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Stay current on new product features and platform improvements
• Identify customer experience patterns and escalate critical issues appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Open availability to work a 40-hour week that includes weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (retail, hospitality, or online support)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to spelling and grammar
• Ability to decode conversations, identify root causes, and align on solutions
• Skill in prioritizing competing requests in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent, dependable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
• Familiarity with website building platforms is a plus

Pay

This role offers competitive hourly compensation. Some overtime may be available.
