Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology services organization in Brazil that is seeking an HR Analyst at the mid-level. In this role, you will:

• Provide support and guidance to employees and leadership teams
• Develop and manage performance evaluation processes
• Coordinate and implement organizational climate surveys
• Support professional development programs and initiatives
• Execute leadership onboarding processes
• Administer internal corporate learning management systems
• Assist with additional HR operations and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• Completed bachelor's degree in a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Clear and effective communication skills
• English and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
