About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cloud services organization operating across the DACH region. Our client is experiencing significant growth and needs a driven Junior Sales Development Representative to support their expansion in the enterprise and mid-market segments.
This is a remote position based in Germany with flexibility to work hybrid from multiple office locations. The role requires regular travel to industry events and trade shows across the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Represent our client professionally at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, engaging directly with potential customers and building valuable business relationships
- Identify and qualify decision-makers in B2B environments through LinkedIn, Xing, email, and phone outreach
- Assess customer needs and qualification criteria for cloud and IT solutions
- Maintain comprehensive CRM documentation of all interactions and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team
- Execute outbound campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams
- Follow up systematically on leads generated from marketing campaigns and webinars
- Work closely with inside sales and account management teams to develop pipeline opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience with clear focus on sales development (SDR) or inside sales structures, ideally in IT, software, or professional services environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly via phone, email, digital channels, and in-person at events
- Structured, data-driven work approach with commitment to maintaining high-quality CRM hygiene
- Results-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and collaborative team spirit
- Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region for trade shows and industry events
- Business-fluent German and English (written and verbal) required for professional customer interactions
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, SAP) is beneficial
