About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization expanding rapidly across the DACH region. Our client is seeking a Junior Customer Programs Manager to join their growing Customer Success team in Cologne. This is an exciting opportunity to build scalable engagement strategies for a mid-market customer base while working at the intersection of customer success, data analysis, and program management.
In this role, you'll develop and manage repeatable programs that drive product adoption, customer retention, and upsells across a portfolio of 500-1,000 accounts. You'll create one-to-many engagement models including webinars, email campaigns, office hours, and automated lifecycle campaigns. The processes you build will benefit the entire Customer Success organization as they scale to enterprise segments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer health scores and launch scaled campaigns to increase upsells and retention
- Analyze data to identify common challenges, propose process optimizations, and share best practices that maximize product value
- Design, manage, and evolve one-to-many programs and initiatives for scalable customer engagement (email campaigns, office hours, targeted consultations)
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver one-to-many experiences
- Build processes ensuring customer satisfaction at scale; use internal dashboards and metrics to identify and respond to risks or opportunities within your portfolio
- Serve as an operational champion ensuring data hygiene across internal CS tools and Salesforce
- Demonstrate product features to larger online audiences and provide comprehensive overviews of key business use cases
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Inside Sales, Customer Success, BDR, or Product Marketing)
- Experience with common SaaS tech stacks including Salesforce, engagement platforms, CS tools, and AI applications
- Diplomatic skills and composure under pressure, particularly when handling customer issues and escalations
- Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for using data to support hypotheses and drive results
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating product functionality to larger audiences in online settings
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to foster customer growth, loyalty, and product adoption
- Fluent German and English required; Dutch is a plus
- Project management certifications (Prince2, PMI, or comparable) are desirable but not required
