About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity client in their search for a Junior Customer Programs Manager to support their growing DACH customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling organization focused on human risk management solutions, working directly with mid-market and SMB customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth through scalable engagement programs.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing one-to-many customer success strategies that ensure product adoption and successful renewals across a portfolio of 500 to 1000 accounts. You'll develop webinars, training programs, automated workflows, and targeted campaigns that can be replicated across the broader customer success organization. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, building repeatable processes, and finding creative ways to deliver value to customers at scale.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer health metrics and launch scaled campaigns to drive upsells and improve retention rates
- Analyze customer data to identify common challenges and proactively suggest process improvements and best practices
- Create and iterate one-to-many programs including email campaigns, office hours, webinars, and targeted consultations
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Build and maintain processes for customer health monitoring using internal dashboards and metrics across your book of business
- Serve as an operational champion ensuring data hygiene in CRM and customer success platforms
- Coordinate with product marketing and technical teams to deliver informational content and training materials
- Develop lifecycle management strategies, maturity models, and content curation programs
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as inside sales, customer success, BDR, or product marketing
- Experience working with SaaS technology stack including Salesforce, customer success platforms, and modern tools
- Strong diplomacy and professionalism when handling customer issues and escalations under pressure
- Solution-driven mindset with ability to leverage data to support hypotheses and deliver measurable results
- Comfortable demonstrating product functionality and providing comprehensive overviews of business use cases
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer growth and adoption
- Business proficiency in both German and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Project Management certifications such as Prince2, PMI or equivalent are advantageous
- Analytical mindset with focus on scalability, repeatability, and reach
