Werkstudent Asset- und Property Management (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a working student to support their asset and property management operations in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will:

• Assist with obtaining and reviewing vendor quotes and proposals
• Support the contract award and procurement process
• Contribute to the preparation of property budgets
• Monitor and analyze property budgets on an ongoing basis
• Execute core business processes within the asset management workflow

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following background:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is desirable but not required
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision in your work
• Self-motivated, diligent, and able to take initiative
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
• Fluency in German is required for this position
