Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in Hamburg seeking an Account Executive for Enterprise Sales. In this role, you will own complex deals from initial qualification through close, working with enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and develop structured solutions.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identifying and developing new enterprise customers while building your own pipeline
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing structured, compelling solutions
- Creating presentations for various stakeholders up to C-level
- Managing complex decision-making processes and moderating different interests
- Owning deals end-to-end from proposal through close, including negotiation
- Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintaining clean pipeline data and reliable forecasts in the CRM
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks skills and mindset over a perfect sales resume. The ideal candidate brings:
- Experience in a structured, demanding environment such as consulting, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex topics clearly and present convincingly
- Confidence engaging with various stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Independent, structured work style with the ability to maintain overview in complex processes
- Motivation to take ownership of deals and drive genuine business impact
- Prior sales experience and CRM knowledge are a plus
- Fluency in both German and English
