Working Student IT & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a client in the robotics and automation sector based in München. In this working student role, you will:

• Support the smooth operation of internal IT infrastructure and the technical office environment
• Help manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with the IT team
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoints including PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and conference room equipment
• Support IT security monitoring and help identify, investigate, and resolve potential security incidents
• Provide hands-on IT support to colleagues and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, hardware, and cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office applications, Microsoft Cloud services, and Windows, iOS, and Linux environments
• A structured, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting colleagues
