Senior Product Manager, Next.js Platform

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential WebOps platform company seeking a Senior Product Manager to own their Next.js platform strategy. This role sits at the intersection of developer experience, enterprise operations, and platform intelligence. You will define success metrics, set strategic direction, and drive the roadmap for a product serving thousands of developers worldwide.

Our client powers hundreds of thousands of websites globally, and you'll be responsible for balancing the needs of two distinct buyers: enterprise portfolio managers who make purchasing decisions and the developers who build on the platform daily.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for a complex platform serving dual buyer personas
• Identify high-leverage opportunities through user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Establish success metrics that connect platform performance to business outcomes
• Drive measurable improvements in product performance and team effectiveness
• Navigate enterprise buying dynamics while maintaining exceptional developer experience
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly across all stakeholder groups
• Take products through full lifecycle from conception through launch and continuous iteration

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in product management roles
• Proven track record delivering developer-facing platform products from strategy to launch
• Deep technical fluency with Next.js, including App Router, React Server Components, ISR, edge middleware, and deployment models
• Experience with hosting platforms, infrastructure tooling, or developer cloud services
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional strategy in enterprise environments
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to translate complex signals into actionable product decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background at similar platform companies in the developer tools or hosting space
• Familiarity with AI tools and autonomous systems
