Senior Consultant, NSPB

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential consulting firm seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) implementations. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to work on enterprise planning and performance management solutions integrated with NetSuite.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll provide deep technical and functional expertise on NSPB implementation projects, working closely with project teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients across various industries. This hands-on role combines solution architecture, business analysis, and direct implementation work within a structured consulting delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite across all phases: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into scalable EPM technical designs and perform fit/gap analysis
• Design and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB
• Develop and implement integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation frameworks
• Create technical architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks
• Execute data integration activities between NSPB, NetSuite, and other upstream/downstream systems
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing EPM and NetSuite planning best practices during client engagements
• Support user acceptance testing, training activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts
• Manage individual workstreams end-to-end, tracking tasks and milestones while communicating status effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across all project phases
• Contribute to internal initiatives including solution accelerators and knowledge sharing

Note: This role may require flexibility in working hours, including occasional nights and weekends to meet project deadlines. Limited travel may be required based on client and project demands.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting experience with significant specialization in planning and performance management solutions
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or relevant field
• Strong background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory services
• Multiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with strong hands-on technical and functional implementation experience
• Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred, including understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processes
• Experience integrating NSPB with NetSuite strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworks
• Knowledge of EPM technical capabilities such as data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation optimization, and security design
• Experience participating in enterprise-level EPM implementations of varying project sizes and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams within structured delivery environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Desire to take ownership of key workstreams and complex solution areas
• Interest in developing solution architecture and technical leadership skills while remaining hands-on

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $105,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus quarterly incentive plan with potential for an additional $5,000 - $100,000 per year. Total compensation is based on skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
