The Opportunity

As a Luxury Residential Concierge, you're the welcoming presence that sets the tone for residents and guests entering our Gowanus building. You'll combine genuine hospitality with attentive management, handling everything from the first warm greeting to coordinating maintenance and managing building access. This role is essential to maintaining both the professional atmosphere and the safety that luxury residential living demands.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and genuine warmth
• Supervise lobby activity and building access control to protect resident safety
• Receive and manage packages, deliveries, and resident service requests with attention to detail
• Field incoming calls, answer questions about the building, and provide local directions
• Work closely with maintenance staff to process and track repair requests
• Keep the lobby and concierge workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Document visitor and contractor arrivals and monitor security systems for any unusual activity
• Maintain secure inventory of building access keys
• Follow building emergency protocols and respond calmly to urgent situations
• Support building management with resident concerns and day-to-day operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Background in luxury residential, hotel, or upscale hospitality environments
• Proficiency with property management software such as BuildingLink, ManageGo, or equivalent platforms
• Comprehensive familiarity with Brooklyn and NYC neighborhoods, dining options, and community resources
• Demonstrated skill in handling package coordination, vendor relations, and resident service requests
• Fluency in multiple languages is valued
