Associate Territory Director Silvus for Ukraine

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential defense technology organization seeking an Associate Territory Director to cover Ukraine and the surrounding region. This is a remote role based in Czechia with significant travel throughout the territory.

Our client delivers advanced tactical communications solutions to defense, government, and public safety customers worldwide. They are expanding their international footprint and need a driven sales professional to support territory development, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities across Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the international sales team to execute territory sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and government stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across defense, government, and public safety sectors
• Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and field demonstrations
• Maintain accurate opportunity data, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems
• Support proposal development and coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams
• Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
• Travel up to 50% of the time for customer engagement and corporate events

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Secondary school completion (or equivalent) plus minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience with tactical communications, wireless systems, or networking technologies
• Demonstrated sales experience in defense, public safety, or technology sectors
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and team commitment
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs for demonstrations and testing

Preferred:

• Familiarity with international government sales or foreign military sales (FMS/FMF)
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment
