HR Generalist

Xplor is seeking an HR Generalist to join our People and Human Resources team serving our Atlanta, GA-based operations. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to take ownership of core people operations and support our organization's continued growth and success.

Position Summary

As an HR Generalist at Xplor, you'll be the backbone of our People team, managing end-to-end human resources functions across recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You'll partner closely with leadership and individual contributors to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transitions and early engagement
• Support employee relations matters, including performance management guidance, conflict resolution, and workplace inquiries
• Administer benefits programs, coordinate enrollment periods, and serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions
• Ensure company compliance with employment laws, maintain HR documentation, and prepare reports as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and HR best practices
• Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or related human resources position
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including EEOC and payroll compliance
• Demonstrated experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR software platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
