Account Executive

Join Xplor as an Account Executive in Houston, TX, US, serving our growing base of merchants and technology partners. This is a full-time remote position where you'll drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships within our Merchant Sales and Information Technology division.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with merchants and enterprise clients. You'll manage your sales pipeline, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver results that fuel the company's expansion. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients receive the solutions they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term client partnerships
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline documentation
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to support successful client onboarding
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent Xplor professionally at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Ability to build rapport with decision-makers at all organizational levels
• Experience working in software, technology, or SaaS environments preferred
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
