As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the entire sales process from prospecting through closing. You'll work with business decision-makers to understand their operational challenges, present tailored software solutions, and guide them through adoption. Core Duties

• Identify and pursue merchant prospects through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and relationship development
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations that address specific business needs
• Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in our CRM system
• Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, business software, or payment processing
• Proven ability to close complex deals and manage full-cycle sales
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and drive consistent results
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools
