About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll take ownership of client accounts and play a direct role in accelerating revenue growth. This remote position gives you the flexibility to work from Big Spring, TX, while building lasting partnerships with merchants and small business owners who depend on our solutions. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, guiding clients through their buying journey, and ensuring their success with our platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close deals within established timeframes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
• Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation of all sales activity
