About the Role

As a Senior Construction Cost Estimator focused on Workplace Solutions, you'll serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through the financial complexities of their real estate and construction initiatives. Working remotely, you'll apply extensive cost knowledge to help organizations make sound decisions about workplace transformation and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and feasibility analyses for construction and workplace initiatives
• Conduct detailed project evaluations to identify cost drivers, risks, and value optimization opportunities
• Prepare accurate budgets and cost forecasts across all project phases
• Advise clients on cost management strategies and procurement approaches
• Analyze bid documents and contractor proposals to assess competitive value
