Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten ein etabliertes mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der Region Rostock. Unser Mandant sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter für Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit einem Umfang von ca. 25 Wochenstunden.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Laufende Erfassung, Buchung und Bearbeitung aller lohnrelevanten Daten zur Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung
- Erstellen von Meldungen an Behörden, Institutionen und Finanzämter
- Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie Abklärung der Konten
- Bearbeitung der laufenden monatlichen Finanzbuchhaltung
- Vorbereitung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Pflege der Stammdaten
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) erforderlich
- Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
